PestBye Rat and Mouse Repeller

After selling many different kinds of rodent and insect repellers, this is the one that we recommend as the most reliable and effective at clearing rodents and spiders from your whole house. This is why we're able to guarantee it will work.

We've had it for a couple of months now. It worked straight away and is still working. I was pretty sceptical but now I recommend it to everyone whether they need it or not! - Dennis
Unlike many other repellers on the market the PestBye Whole House Rat, Mouse and Spider repeller combines BOTH ultrasonic and electro-magnetic technology for maximum effectiveness.
Ultrasound is a loud noise at a high frequency: it's too high for humans and domestic pets to hear, but is thought to be audible to most rodents and crawling insects. We imagine that, for rodents and spiders, it's like having a smoke alarm going off constantly.
Whenever electricity passes through a wire, an electromagnetic field is created: it has been suggested that electromagnetic fields create an environment where rodents and spiders are less likely to nest. Rodents and Spiders are likely to move quickly away from a house where they cannot nest.
For every 1000 sold, we've had less than 2% returned as ineffective.
Most problems seem to disappear within a few days. However, if the rodents have already built a nest in your house, they are unlikely to desert their young until they are old enough to move.
If money's no object then there's no doubt that the more you throw at the problem, the better. Combine 2 or more devices with traps and/or single room-by-room ultrasonic devices.
We stock a great range of Humane traps to use with the 'Whole House' device
Our Rat, Mouse and Spider pest repellers have not been found to affect cats, dogs, birds, reptiles, amphibians or children. The device may affect rodent pets such as gerbils, hamsters or chinchillas.
If you do have such a pet, it's advisable to rehouse them while the device is switched on - either outside/in a shed (at least 2m away from any wiring connected to the house) or with a friend or neighbour.
Either in the kitchen or alternatively where you see most rodent activity. Because ultrasound doesn't pass well through solid objects (that's why doctors can use ultrasound to get images of babies in the womb) the ultrasound will be most effective in the room you plug the device into. Consequently, if you plug the device into the room where you've seen most activity, you're maximising the effect.
Traditional methods leave a lot to be desired. Poison is a danger to children, pets and wildlife. The rodents die in your walls and ceilings leaving a bad smell and a dangerous hygiene problem.
However, by far the biggest weakness of traps and poisons is that they very rarely provide a long term solution to your problem: as soon as you've killed a mouse or rat, you've created a vacancy for another one to move into your house. Because they breed so fast, it's very difficult to achieve a permanent solution using the expensive methods offered by your local council or pest controller: if you've had rats or mice once, the chances are that more of the beasts will frequently be sniffing around your property looking for a nice place to live. If you leave traps or poison, you're also leaving a highly-scented bait that will attract more rodents in.
Fortunately, modern electronic methods can now provide a simple, safe solution that make it much less likely that they will stay. Although the device won't stop them taking an occasional look round, if rodents realise that your house isn't an attractive place to make a home, they will quickly move on. Keep the 'Whole House' device plugged in permanently, and you could be taking an important step to providing a safe home for your family.
Our Rat, Mouse and Spider pest repellers will not affect any electrical equipment like computers or burglar alarms.
Due to your customer feedback we replaced the expansion bolts (used to fix the awning onto the wall) with stronger coach bolts and expansion rawl plugs. This upgrade means your fixings are stronger, more reliable and more durable.
